What is this role about?

As an executive for sponsored content, you will support our commercial and editorial colleagues in resource allocation, as well as ensuring the quality of our sponsored content.

A snippet of what you can expect to be doing on a daily basis:

Content Assignment Management:

• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and other team members to understand project requirements.
• Assign content tasks to appropriate team members based on skill sets, workload, and project deadlines.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of ongoing and upcoming content projects.

Administrative & Quality Assurance:

• Maintain accurate records of content assignments, timelines, and project progress.
• Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular quality checks on content to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance overall quality.

Collaboration & Creativity:

• Act as a liaison between different departments to streamline communication and project coordination.
• Address and resolve any creative issues or challenges that may arise during the content creation process.
• Propose creative solutions that address our partners’ branded messaging, while adhering to Mothership’s unique tonality.

• Proficiency in productivity tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
• Adept in storytelling, creative and innovative thinking
