Job summary

A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project activities and liaise with clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in project coordination and customer support, with a preference for those from the Interior Design or Building construction industry. Basic salary ranges from $3k to $4k, with potential for bonuses. This role requires willingness to work on weekends.

Job Scope

• Coordinate and oversee project activities, including on-site visits
• Liaise directly with customers such as developers, architects, contractors, and residents regarding product detail, project requirements, enquiries, and feedback/complaints.
• Manage project and operations coordination, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
• Handle administrative support related to project scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

• Preferably to have experience from Industry such as Interior Design/Building construction related. (However, we're open to consider experience from other industry)
• Preferably to have work experience project coordination & customer support.
• Willing to work on weekend (Answer call / messages from customer - Company phone will be given)
