We’re looking for a Project Executive / Project Coordinator (Entry Level) to support our project management and site operations teams in delivering high-quality, design-driven spaces.

【 Your Role 】

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities
• Support site management — monitor progress and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients
• Handle project documentation (work orders, delivery schedules, variation orders)
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and handovers
• Help resolve site issues and ensure project timelines are met
• Gain full exposure to the project cycle from pre-start to completion

【 We’re Looking For Someone Who 】

• Has 1 year or less experience — fresh graduates are welcome!
• Shows strong drive, discipline, and a positive learning attitude
• Is eager to grow within the fit-out and interior design industry
• Communicates well and is proactive in problem-solving
• Can handle challenges responsibly and professionally
• Has an interest in site coordination and hands‑on project execution
• Class 3 licence will be an advantage
