Job summary
A leading design firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the delivery of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating plans and schedules, supervising work, and ensuring quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Project Management and CAD is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Diploma degree from a recognized institution.
- Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in documentation or a related field.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients to manage a smooth and successful delivery of a project.
- Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan, and visuals, prepare project schedule and/or quotes to clients.
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and inspection.
- Constantly supervise, control and coordinate work according to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate effective communication across projects.

Education

- Committed to uphold all work processes and documentation including project correspondences, weekly progress reports etc and the chairing of site meetings with clients.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director or management.
