We need a proactive individual who will become a member of our team that promotes sustainability to our clients by suggesting numerous creative methods and implementations to reduce their properties' carbon footprint.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support design, testing, commissioning, and supervision for HVAC & BMS systems on-site.
  • Assist in reviewing plans, specifications, and tender requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and equipment submittals.
  • Support project execution including work scheduling, material selection, site progress tracking, and contractor management.
  • Perform and oversee testing & commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and site inspections; assist with documentation and reporting.
  • Work closely with M&E contractors and consultants throughout project lifecycle.
  • Monitor installation works to ensure they are performed to design and quality standards.
  • Support preparation of technical submissions including method statements, compliance checklists, and operation manuals.
  • Ensure all relevant project documents, drawings, and records are maintained and updated.
  • Assist with license and certificate applications/renewals as required.
  • Adhere to workplace safety regulations and support EHS practices.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC/BMS-related projects in commercial or institutional settings.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, BMS, M&E coordination, and site supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CAD (AutoCAD/Revit) tools.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks across various project phases.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Prior experience in technical submissions, project tendering, and commissioning will be an advantage.
