Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Maintain records of URA‑approved use and unit numbers, assist with change of use applications, and ensure all lettable premises comply with statutory and authority guidelines.
Premises Management & Handover
Prepare, clean, and assist with viewings of vacant premises; manage handover processes with tenants including inspections, documentation, and reinstatement checks.
Fit‑Out Oversight & Permit Administration
Review and approve tenant fit‑out plans, ensure compliance with authority guidelines, issue permits to work, and monitor renovation activities to prevent unauthorized works.
Utilities & Technical Coordination
Facilitate utility connections, ensure licensed professionals are engaged, provide meter readings for billing, and verify submission of certified ‘as‑built’ plans.
Monitoring, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct inspections, report non‑compliance, provide monthly updates on tenant activities, attend meetings with the Authority, and support updates to fit‑out guidelines and sustainability requirements.
