Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop store design document packages for new or remodeled stores, from conceptual design through to technical drawings, using AutoCAD.
  • Issue CAD-based vendor packages to brand partners, ensuring accuracy, alignment with Shilla standards, and feasibility for site execution.
  • Conduct feasibility studies based on site conditions and coordinate project design in compliance with Shilla Duty Free guidelines, Changi Airport Group (CAG) regulations, and brand requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the project scope, including compliance with tenancy codes, merchandise layout needs, operational considerations, and IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams (e.g. Merchandising, Ops, IT) and external partners regarding field changes and site updates.
  • Provide counter design guidelines and coordinate with vendors/business partners to support the design, fabrication, and build of retail counters/stores.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising to ensure plans and drawings are issued to brands and vendors in line with the construction schedule.
  • Ensure all design documentation complies with Shilla’s internal design standards and external landlord/authority requirements.
  • Assist in obtaining construction permits and CAG approvals to enable timely start of work.
  • Track project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Support flawless store execution by managing and issuing detailed CAD-based installation and design guidelines.
  • Participate in smaller vendor/brand discussions and support execution as delegated by the Senior Project Manager.
  • Perform other related or ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare technical drawings, space plans, and issue complete vendor packages.
