Job description

Support the Project Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of fitting‑out, maintenance, and reinstatement works—both on‑site and off‑site—by monitoring progress, budgets, risks, and irregularities.

Coordinate and assist in all phases of fitting‑out and reinstatement projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Demonstrate familiarity with workflows related to Interior Design (ID), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, kitchen equipment, and general maintenance protocols.

Prepare and submit timely applications for approvals and clearances to relevant authorities and landlords.

Conduct close site supervision to ensure contractors meet project schedules and comply with company, landlord, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle, especially upon completion.

Oversee general and routine maintenance at outlets and headquarters, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and other related services.

Respond promptly to breakdowns or disruptions, ensuring swift resolution in line with company standards.

Minimize operational disruptions during rectification works and ensure business continuity.

Attend to all maintenance requests professionally and within stipulated timelines.

Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on repair and maintenance status.

Assist with submissions and applications to authorities and landlords as required.

Conduct regular inspections across all outlets to identify defects and initiate necessary rectifications.

Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager.

Be available to work after mall operating hours when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, maintenance, or related field.

Prior experience in retail or F&B environments is highly preferred.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to be on standby during non‑working hours for urgent matters.

Capable of managing and following up on multiple priorities simultaneously.

Possession of own vehicle or motorbike is preferred for site mobility.
