• Responsible for daily activities of the Operations Department.
• Attend site meetings and handovers.
• Perform site measurements and surveys.
• Monitor ongoing projects and inspect job sites upon completion.
• Ensure safe practices at job sites.

Responsible for the daily activities of the Operations Department.

Job Function

1. Project Management

• Attend site meetings / handover
• Perform site measurements & take off measurement from plans/drawings
• Survey job sites before installation
• Monitor on-going projects
• Inspect job site upon completion of project
• Ensure safe practices at job sites

2. Management of Sub-Contractors (Installers)

• Brief Installers on job specifications
• Monitor & supervise Installers, ensuring that job is completed according to specifications and safety standards
• Monitor wastage level & evaluate Installers’ performance regularly
• Investigate all negative feedback on Installers
• Certify invoices and job done by Installers meet requirements and quality standards

3. Customer Satisfaction

• Attend to complaints & feedback on installation by Customers
• Resolve all site problems with Installers & Sales Staff.
• Collate market feedback on Installation and products

4. Undertake improvement initiatives related to main job functions

Attend to other duties as may be assigned.
