Responsibilities

• Contract administration.
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification.
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor.
• Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue.
• Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact.
• Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal.
• Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project.
