A leading company in interior design seeks a Project Executive to manage and coordinate various project aspects. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills. They will be engaged in preparing drawings, order placement, and ensuring project timelines are met in a dynamic work environment.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using AutoCAD
To do colour scheme confirmation
To tick off quantity of layouts
Placing order for projects
Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
Attend site and coordination meeting
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills, Experience Competencies Required:
Diploma in any industry
Candidates without any relevant working experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply
Possess strong problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office, Power Point, AutoCAD will be an added advantage
