Job summary

A Singaporean interior renovation company is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in managing interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, be familiar with basic construction drawings, and possess strong coordination and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Familiarity with local authority requirements is an advantage.
  • Willingness to be site-based and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Manager in managing commercial interior fit-out projects (office, retail, F&B, etc.).

  • Coordinate site works with contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

  • Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.

  • Attend site meetings and prepare simple progress updates.

  • Assist in checking drawings, measurements, and variation works.

  • Support preparation and submission of permits and authority approvals (e.g. BCA, SCDF, PUB, landlord submissions).

  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover works.

  • Assist in defect rectification and project close-out.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out or renovation preferred.

  • Able to read basic construction drawings.

  • Familiar with local authority requirements is an advantage.

  • Willing to be site-based and hands-on.

  • Good coordination and communication skills.
