Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to handover. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design interpretation to execution and final handover.
  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, communications, and satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and that everyone is working toward the same objectives.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure work conforms to specifications, quality standards, and design plans.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, and report on progress to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any on‑site issues, potential risks, or discrepancies that arise during the project.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment as needed for the project.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit‑out, commercial, or retail projects.
