Job summary

Georg Fischer Singapore is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support major projects from pre-kickoff to final commissioning, building strong customer relationships through professional project execution.

You will provide proactive technical support and engineering advice to internal and customer teams, review drawings, coordinate material planning, and drive on-time delivery by leading meetings and reporting, escalating roadblocks to keep progress and ensure high-quality GF solutions.

Qualifications

• Project management experience on large-scale projects preferred.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to review engineering drawings and provide design insights.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned major projects from pre-kickoff to commissioning; build strong customer relationships.
• Provide proactive technical support and engineering advice to internal and customer teams; review drawings and coordinate materials.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, lead regular project meetings, provide timely reports, and escalate roadblocks to drive progress.

Job description

The Project management specialist will support assigned major projects in successful execution from pre-kickoff until final commissioning. The role will aim to build strong customer relationships and trust through professionalism in strong project execution support.

He/She will provide proactive technical support and engineering advice to internal team members as well as customer project teams. This will include (but not limited to) engineering drawings reviews, design support, material planning and coordination to ensure strong on-time project execution per plan.

He/She will be the main end-to-end owner of the assigned projects managing various stakeholders expectations and deliverables, leading regular project meetings, providing timely reports and updates as well as escalating issues/roadblocks to relevant departments to drive continuous project progress.
