Job description

Job Title: Project Engineer (ID8310)
Location: Pasir Ris
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am-6pm, Sat 8:30am - 1pm
Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects undertaken by the company including QS work, project budgets, VOs, drawings, meetings, site walks, site installations, material transportations, technical support, labour, inspections and completion of the projects.
• Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
• Understand project plans and specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
• Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram.
• Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Manage project payment claim.
• Follow up on project and work schedule.
• Maintain control of all project submissions and documentation.
• Monitor fabrication and production progress.
• Maintain/update project records.
• Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.
• Assist the project team with documenting job progress and schedule.
• Creating and distributing project closeout material, as‑built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals to the owner once the project is complete.
• Document filing and control, file and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports, digitised and stored in the computer system in their respective folders.
• Data entry into the company software.
• Check and reply to emails from clients.
• Provide engineering assistance.
• Assist in preparation of ISO documentation.
• SETSCO/STS/PSB coordination.
