• Position Title: Project Engineer (Team Lead)
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $5,500 – $6,500 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work with project managers to turn high-level requirements into actionable tasks, provide realistic technical estimates, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Lead the project engineering team: allocate workload, manage performance, coach and mentor team members, and support onboarding and training.
• Lead design and costing for analyzer systems, including sample handling systems, analyzers, and racks/cabinets/shelters.
• Implement engineering processes using company standards, tools, templates, policies, and procedures; drive adherence and improvement.
• Source and evaluate new products and components.
• Support international projects through collaboration with other offices when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow information security policies.
• Develop team capability and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Manage the information lifecycle: generate, collect, share, store, and archive project and engineering records per company procedures.
• Ensure integrity of project and engineering documentation archives.
• Conduct post-project reviews and maintain the lessons learned process.
• Focus on understanding customer needs and resolving issues to improve satisfaction.
• Provide sales support on engineering matters for system projects.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for major system pursuits.
