Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute solar system projects from design to completion.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
• Prepare engineering drawings, project specifications, and documentation.
• Oversee installation works, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular reports to management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Provide technical support during testing, commissioning, and handover phases.

Qualifications

• Posess Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering, or equivalent.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in site construction, preferable in slar system projects.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
