Job summary

A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in daily project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will ensure safe work procedures, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and prepare necessary reports. A degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board of Singapore and a minimum of 2 years of site work experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience on project site work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of the project plan at site.
• Liaison with all the relevant parties involved in the project work.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring.
• Prepare necessary reports/records for submission.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board of Singapore

Job description

Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring and report of project progress.

Prepare all necessary reports/records for submission as and when required.

Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.
