The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing project documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimates and identify risks.
- Managing procurement and subcontractors, including contracts, schedules, and performance.
- Administering contracts, handling variations, and supporting claims management.
- Preparing monthly valuations, payment applications, and certifying subcontractor claims.
- Supervising daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
- Optimizing resources, driving cost efficiency, and applying value engineering.
- Maintaining reports, records, and compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Working outdoors on construction sites.
