Job description

Our client provides multi-trade services to the Bio-pharmaceutical industry, semiconductor plants, ultra-high purity gas industry and for high-end corporation fitting-out projects. Their annual gross revenue is in excess of S$200 million and they have more than 500 staffs in Singapore.

Job Details
  • Salary range: $2800-$4500 (junior); $4500-$7000 (senior with experience)
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm); Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)
  • Working Location: Loyang Crescent (may be required to be stationed at site office around Singapore CBD area or island wide)
Job Descriptions
  • Manage all projects matters and workers
  • Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, equipment vendors and sub-contractors
  • Able to prepare permit-to-work, risk assessment and other necessary project documents
  • Support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring that work is done within budget
  • Able to analyse tender, technical specifications and contract documents and possess high ability in negotiation
  • Monitor project costing and progress payment, variation works and cost control
  • Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that can be used as a basis for pricing Prepare and follow up on request for quotations from materials or equipment suppliers/sub-contractors
  • Assist to prepare price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission
  • Attend project meetings with clients and consultants
Requirement
  • Candidate with experience in M&E commercial office fit-out industry would be an added advantage
