Job summary

A dynamic medical & lab equipment company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure services projects. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating projects, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance. Ideal candidates hold a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of related experience. A valid driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience handling construction projects.
  • Experience in ACMV is preferred.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Overview

Be part of a dynamic medical & lab equipment company that also provides a wide range solution in design and space planning, optimization of medical and laboratory workflow, guidance on safety and regulatory standards.

Position Summary
  • Responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, industrial, schools and other systems
  • Functionally reports to the Division Manager of Project Management Office Division (PMO)
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate projects undertaken by the company in Singapore or regional areas.
  • Review tender documents and contracts
  • Prepare letters of award and contracts for subcontractors/suppliers
  • Support the sales team as needed
  • Define project scope and plans
  • Allocate and manage resources
  • Manage project schedules and timelines
  • Ensure quality assurance and control
  • Attend meetings with consultants, clients and main contractors
  • Communicate with stakeholders and report progress to Unit/Division Managers
  • Monitor progress, performance and manage risks, ensuring Workplace Safety and Health compliance.
  • Deliver projects meeting requirements
Requirements
  • Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines.
  • Experience in ACMV is preferred.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant work experience handling construction projects
  • Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with a great can-do attitude.
  • Outgoing personality.
