Job description
  • Location: Office atUbi | Client Site
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days | 8.30am to 5.30pm (Weekdays) | 8.30am to 12.30pm (Saturdays)
  • Salary: $3300 - $3800
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects.
  • Create and execute project work plans, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the work site.
  • Oversee, guide and delegate task diligently to project team on daily project activities.
  • Prepare and manage all safety requirements including Method of Procedure, Safe Work Procedure, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work and other permits associated with the project.
  • Review and maintain project documentation with customers, contractors and authorities required by clients for final acceptance of the project.
  • Review targets at every project phase to ensure the project is within budget in terms of costs and its schedule timeframe.
  • Work with allocated resources to ensure alignment of interest within business activities.
  • Upon completion of projects, evaluate with management on project results and provide recommendations for future improvement.
  • Ability to work in Power generation environment.
  • Able to develop in-depth understand in engineering fundamental, financial and project outcome.
REQUIRMENTS
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Min. ITE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
