A leading staffing company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in construction activities across Singapore. Responsibilities include supervising site progress, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Location: Across Singapore
• 5.5 Alternate Saturday / 5.5 days per week
• Construction - Electrical / Mechanical / C&S

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction/project activities.
• Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Support the Project Manager in managing project schedules, costs, and quality.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering related studies
• Preferably to have minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Entry level is welcome to apply as entry role may be available with training given.
