Job description

Responsibilities

• To consolidate commercial and technical information needed for tender and proposal.
• Supervision of construction activities including monitoring of project scheduling activities, coordination work with all parties involved (Authorities, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supplier, etc), ensure all execution of works are in accordance to the project specifications and quality assurance.
• Enforcement of all safety procedures are properly carried out in accordance to the company safety policy during the project.
• Competent in liaise and attend meeting with consultant / client / authorities / main contractor.
• Others including prepare submissions, identify project issues or impacts, and take proactive action, coordinating technical efforts of all project members, report site progress & etc.

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma Electrical in Engineering or Building
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good team player with leadership, communication and multi-tasking skills
• Hardworking and driven
• Proficient AutoCATD, Microsoft Office and other IT software
