Job summary

A leading engineering and project services provider is seeking a Project Manager for their Loyang location. Responsibilities include managing project activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and overseeing project documentation. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in Building or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in M&E or commercial office fit-out projects. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office is essential. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E or commercial office fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract conditions and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all project activities, teams, and site operations.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, landlords, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and review permits, risk assessments, and project safety documentation.
  • Support projects from pre-contract to completion, meeting budget, scope, and schedule requirements.
  • Analyze tenders, specifications, and contracts with a strong focus on cost negotiation.
  • Monitor project costing, progress payments, and budget control.
  • Prepare project plans, supplier quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Attend meetings with clients and consultants to resolve issues and track progress.

5.5 days: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM, Saturday half day

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all project activities, teams, and site operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, landlords, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and review permits, risk assessments, and project safety documentation.
  • Support projects from pre-contract to completion, meeting budget, scope, and schedule requirements.
  • Analyze tenders, specifications, and contracts, with strong focus on cost negotiation.
  • Monitor project costing, progress payments, variation works, and budget control.
  • Prepare project plans, supplier quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Attend meetings with clients and consultants to resolve issues and track progress.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Building, M&E, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E or commercial office fit-out projects (senior positions available for more experienced candidates).
  • Strong knowledge of contract conditions and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office.
