Job Description:
- Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at construction site
- Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
- Ensure construction site fulfills authority's code of practice and comply with safety house rules.
- Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission
- Liaise with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress, and monitor schedule
- Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progresses smoothly and completed within target time and budget
- Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager
- Ensure project progress is on schedule and meets the timeline given
- Make sure to have the latest construction drawings on-site and work is constructed as per drawing given.
- Update drawings if there is any revision and to keep an updated copy in the site office and head office
- Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encountered on site and propose a feasible solution.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager
