Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee project execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure effective delivery of engineering tasks. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and knowledge of cleanroom construction systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is beneficial.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of project engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge or experience in chemical distribution systems, waste chemical systems, or slurry systems for wafer fabrication is a plus.
• Experience with cleanroom utilities hook-up construction in Bulk & Specialty Gas, Exhaust, UPW, and Drain systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and update work progress and on-site construction schedules.
• Execute assigned project tasks independently with engineering teams and project owners.
• Coordinate to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare BQ materials and submit engineering documentation per project requirements.
• Read, understand, and review GA drawings and develop basic isometric drawings.

• Execute assigned project tasks independently with engineering teams, project owners, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare BQ materials, PTW work-permit applications, and submit engineering documentation/technical drawings per project requirements.
• Read, understand, and review GA drawings, schematic layouts, and PFDs; develop basic isometric drawings or P&ID layouts using AutoCAD 2D.
