Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of works.
• Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and progress reports.
• Monitor project schedule, costs, and materials.
• Review drawings, material submissions, and coordinate with M&E teams.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements and building codes.
• Manage subcontractors across structural, architectural, and finishing works.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and safety compliance.
