Job description

Oversee and manage the daily operations and execution of assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Develop and control project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and expense management to ensure projects remain within financial targets.

Plan and deploy manpower efficiently based on workload and call traffic patterns to optimize productivity.

Monitor, plan, and control project progress to meet established timelines and performance goals.

Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, claims, and variation orders.

Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.

Supervise and coordinate technicians’ daily activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Collaborate closely with main contractors, clients, and consultants, attending project meetings and resolving technical or operational issues effectively.

Provide technical and engineering support to the project team and clients, including on-site field work when required.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management team.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management within the BMS / ELV / Security Systems industry.

Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Project Management, BMS, and ELV/Security Systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of BMS systems will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, self‑motivated team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to work 5.5 days per week and adapt to dynamic project schedules.
