Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd seeks a Support Site Project Manager to oversee daily project operations at the site office, coordinate with clients, consultants and trade contractors, and ensure timely, quality service delivery.

You will assist in safety documentation, inspections, drawings, and field verifications, while supporting management with reports and resource planning. Singapore Citizens preferred and a 5.5-day work week is in place.

Competenze

• Engineering or related field qualification required.
• Knowledge of security surveillance, alarms and access systems.
• Hands-on experience with security system configuration and networking.
• Willingness to take ownership and be proactive in solving problems.
• Driving license and own vehicle beneficial.

Descrizione del lavoro

Support Site Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of the projects, clients’ interactions and expectations for optimal results.

Support Site Project Manager to collaborate with peers, liaise with trade contractors, clients and consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality services.

Support to prepare/check Safety Documents, Inspection and Test Plan, user manuals, drawings, site records including other technical submissions, conduct

inspection and check on works performed in a timely manner

Check the drawings discrepancies and conduct field verification, and submit technical clarification to the clients and consultants.

Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.

Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of necessary resources.

Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act

Perform any other tasks as and when required so as to meet project milestones.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Engineering or relevant experience in related field

Knowledge in security security surveillance, alarms and access systems

Hands-on experience in security system configuration, System Networking and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage

Must be a team player, Independent, willing to take ownership and Pro-active in Problem solving

Driving License (Car or Motorbike) – Allowance provided if candidate possesses own vehicle

Singapore Citizens preferred.

Work Location is at 101 Nethyal Road / Site Office

5.5 days work week
