Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to manage alarm, card access and CCTV system projects from design to handover. Based at Toh Guan Rd E, you will coordinate with sales teams and clients, plan timelines, budgets, and procurement, and lead installation, testing and handover to service teams.

Working hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm. A basic salary range of SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,200 with transport allowance, variable bonus and AWS is offered, along with 14 days annual leave

Qualifications

• 1 year of site supervision experience with main or subcontractors.
• Hands-on knowledge of alarm, card access and CCTV installation.
• Nitec or higher in Electrical/Electronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate security system projects including CCTV, access control and intrusion detection.
• Work with sales teams and clients to confirm requirements, system designs and solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, manpower, contractors and procurement.
• Oversee system installation, integration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide technical support during project handover to Service and Operations teams.
• Prepare project documentation, installation records and training materials.
• Conduct system training for clients and end-users.

• Salary range: $3000 basic to $4200 basic + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + AWS

• Company Industry: Specializes in electronic security, surveillance, and loss prevention

• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

• Working location: Toh Guan Rd E

• Transport claim: Capped at $800/mth on mileage claim if got own car.

• Annual Leave : 14 days

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate security system projects, including CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems.

• Work with sales teams and clients to confirm requirements, system designs and solutions.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, manpower, contractors and material procurement.

• Oversee system installation, integration, testing and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Provide technical support during project handover to the Service and Operations teams.

• Prepare project documentation, installation records and training materials.

• Conduct system training for clients and end-users.

• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety requirements and ISO 45001 procedures.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above in Electrical and/or Electronics or any Engineering related courses

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors

• Must have hands-on experience in alarm, card access and CCTV system installation knowledge.
