Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and site personnel in the planning, execution, and completion of electrical installation projects.
• Attend site inspections and testing to ensure all electrical works meet project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely progress and compliance with all technical and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
• Provide technical support in reviewing electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management in support of project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge in electrical systems including LV / MV distribution, lighting, power supply, earthing, and control systems.
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and authority requirements (e.g. EMA, SP Group, BCA).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
