Job summary

GREEN ZENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer specialized in M&E to plan and manage HVAC and related M&E projects, ensuring they meet target schedules and client requirements.

You will design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, attend meetings with clients and contractors, supervise site progress, plan manpower, coordinate with suppliers, and prepare claims, reports, and As-Built drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in planning and scheduling M&E projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Energetic, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects.
• Manage M&E construction projects and monitor progress against target schedule.
• Design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation systems to meet client requirements.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Prepare Progress Claims, Materials Submission, Risk Assessments, Progress Reports, Shop Drawings & As-Built drawings.
• Forecast and mitigate potential project risks.
• Site supervision and liaison with supervisors and workers for smooth workflow.
• Plan manpower and coordinate with site in charge.
• Liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in final accounts settlement including variation orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
• To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Energetic, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing is preferred.
