Job description

• Identify business needs through collection, analysis/interpretation and visualization of manufacturing and business data.
• Support process improvement ideation and project governance process to drive business performance in collaboration with internal / external partners using advanced manufacturing technology and techniques.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements (voice of customer).
• Collect, extract and analyze data from data source systems, machines and sensors using tools such as Python, SQL, SEEQ and batch scripting.
• Perform data collection and analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose key use cases related to long-standing business problems and challenges that can be addressed with digitalization, automation, robotics, artificial intelligence etc.
• Support cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, with strong change management.
• Support site initiatives to create cultural awareness, promote adoption and accelerate the use of advanced manufacturing technology and techniques across all functions on site.
