Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage M&E projects independently. Responsibilities include handling budgets, scheduling, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, preparing method statements, and ensuring smooth project implementation. Candidates should have a recognized degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the construction field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle M&E projects independently in terms of budget, planning, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate among clients, project team, sub-contractors.
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessment, progress report and technical submissions.
  • Work at site and arrange manpower, materials for project implementation.
  • Send RFQs and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Manage engineering and project documents systematically.
  • Follow up with project progress and certify it for payment claims.
  • Involve in tender preparation and work out technical proposals if needed.
  • Lead the team to carry out the works safely.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.
