Job summary

A leading offshore engineering company located in Singapore seeks a project coordinator responsible for various project functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and 3-10 years of experience in the shipping and offshore industry. Key responsibilities include project planning, coordination with departments, and ensuring HSEQ performance. The position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of relevant experience within the shipping and offshore industry.
• Previous experience within the FPSO industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigned specific project functions.
• Participate in phases of project development including procurement and commissioning.
• Act as a mini project manager for assigned activities.
• Ensure the highest level of HSEQ performance during all project phases.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Res ponsible for an assigned specific project involving all project function such as: Interface Coordinator, Package Responsible Engineer (small to medium package), Construction Coordinator, Commissioning Coordinator, Engineering Coordinator
• Participate in one or more phases of the project development and implementation from engineering,procurement, construction and commissioning
• Act as a “mini project manager” for assigned project activities including planning and scheduling of thetasks, effective communication and coordination with the involved departments and disciplines, toassure project completion and HSEQ requirements
• Ensure interface in project execution internally and externally
• Identify and fill gaps within the organization (scope / role / responsibility)
• Ensure highest level of HSEQ performance is attained during all project phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Ideally 3-10 years of relevant experience within the shipping andoffshore industry
• Previous experience within the FPSO industry is an advantage
