Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from design to commissioning and start-up.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
• Manage change control documentation, addressing quality comments, and ensuring alignment with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Support validation activities, risk assessments, and technical documentation as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and start-up phases to minimize operational downtime.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical project engineering, commissioning, and start-up.
• Familiarity with change control processes, GMP compliance, and quality documentation.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment and manage multiple priorities.
