Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to assist the project manager. Responsibilities include technical issues, submission of architectural samples, and site supervision. The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 2 years of precast experience in building projects.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
• Minimum 2 years’ of precast experience in commercial and condo building projects
