COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one‑stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre‑mix production and construction waste recycling.

DESIGNATION : Project Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with the project team to develop the project plan and schedule.
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure permits and approvals are obtained from the appropriate authorities before work commences.
  • Determine the required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish and allocate them effectively.
  • Manage resource constraints as they arise.
  • Track and monitor project costs.
  • Manage team performance and address/resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the project team, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure the tasks are carried out effectively.
  • Provide training to staff and/or ensure staff members are equipped to add value to their work.
  • Regularly report on progress to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with PUB and Consultants and ensure other stakeholders are adequately engaged.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.
  • Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation during the tender stage of the project.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience in road, structural, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with underground utilities or similar site works is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in project coordination and site supervision with a practical, hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license

  • Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
