Job summary

A leading engineering company based in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in daily project execution, liaise with involved parties, and monitor project progress. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, possess good communication and teamwork skills, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in daily coordination and execution of the project plan.
• Liaise with all relevant parties involved in the project work.

Job responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/ Process Manager/ Engineering Manager in the daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site
• Liaison with all the relevant parties involved in the project work e.g. sub-contractors, clients etc
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring and report of project progress
• Prepare all necessary reports/records for submission as and when required
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at work site

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/ Environmental Engineering
• Good communication and teamwork player
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
• Candidates who can start work in short notice will be preferred
