Job summary

Pixel Automation PTE. LTD. is seeking a project coordinator to plan and track project progress, attend meetings, and prepare budgets and reports. The role covers coordination of milestones, site activities, testing and commissioning, and handling as-built ISO documentation for claims.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of related experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project progress and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Coordinate to achieve milestones, deliverables and schedule monitoring.
• Manage and monitor all project activities including design, site execution, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare/review as-built ISO for claims and follow up on DOs/claims.

• Attend project meeting and prepare report for project progress update
• Prepare project budget and cost estimation
• Coordinate and plan to achieve project milestones, project deliverables and schedule monitoring
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities such as engineering design, site execution, testing and commissioning of project
• Prepare / review as built iso for claim purpose, follow up with client for any outstanding DOs/Claims

Competency Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
