Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer with 3-4 years of site experience to oversee on-site planning, programming and monitoring of works. You will liaise with consultants for submissions, coordinate inspections with Resident Engineers, and manage safety and execution of all site procedures.

The role involves coordinating civil, structural and architectural works and resolving technical issues on site to ensure projects progress smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer qualification required.
• PE Board registration preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of site experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with consultants for submission and approval of materials and shop drawings.
• Coordinate inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures.
• Coordinate the works of subcontractors (Structure and Architectural).
