TEAMBUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Management professional for civil/MEP works in Singapore.

You will resolve technical and non-technical issues, monitor variations, material testing, and specialist items while supporting monthly progress claims and progress reports. You will coordinate drawing submissions, method statements, and proposals, ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and assist in short-term planning to meet site progress, engaging

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering / MEP or equivalent.
• Preferably with full cycle of HDB project experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve all technical and non-technical issues.
• Track and monitor variations, material testing, specialists items, etc.
• Assist Project Manager in verifying monthly progress claims / EOT claims.
• Assist Project Manager in monthly progress reports.
• Submit and monitor technical drawings, method statements and proposals.
• Ensure supervisors & chargehand meet client & regulatory requirements.
• Carry out short-term planning to meet site progress.
• Involve in client/consultant/sub-contractor meetings.
• Coordinate, program and monitor site work, materials, plant & equipment.
• Resolve site issues with sub con.
• Carry out project objectives to align with company goals.
• Reduce material wastages on site.
• Maximise usage of machineries and equipment on site.
• Reduce utilities on site.
• Control direct workforce and overtime.
• Follow approved construction method that is cost effective, productive & without compromising on Quality.
• Meet targeted progress of works to achieve cash flow.
• Understand drawings and scope of works.
• Understand implications of different technical choices to meet project objectives.
• Provide value engineering solutions basing on knowledge.
• Prepare engineering project proposals and method statements.

Project Management

• To ensure the tracking and monitoring of items such as Variation Orders, Material Testing, Specialists Architectural Items, etc
• Assists Project Manager in verifying monthly progress claims / EOT claims
• Assists Project Manager in monthly progress reports
• Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals.

• Meet targeted progress of works so as to achieve the intended cash flow.

Technical Understanding

• Understands the drawings and scope of works
• Understands the implications of different technical choices so as to meet the project objectives
• Involve in providing value engineering solutions basing on his knowledge
• To have knowledge in the preparation of engineering project proposals and method statements

Job Requirements:
