Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a project manager to assist with site planning, supervision, and coordination with sub-contractors. The ideal candidate should have experience in project and site management, preferably in the construction industry, and must be able to speak English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include ensuring work quality and timely reporting, as well as documentation preparation and project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or site management, preferably in construction.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with documentation and reporting standards.

Job description

• With experience
• Prefer with construction industry background (Architectural)
• Able to work under stress and independently
• Able to converse in English & Mandarin
• Assist project manager in site planning and supervision works.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on site works
• Ensure that works are carried out in accordance to required standards
• Prepare documentation for submission purposes
• Responsible for project functions included but not limited to klingt: Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s).
• Coordinate and site management on status and changes of approved projects.
• Develop and execute projects with the project department and including engineering, procurement, owner’s team, and external construction management consultants.
• Prepare and submit২০০ reports on the progress and status of the project
• Conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications
• Perform other project engineering and project management related duties
• Reporting to Manager / Senior Manager
