Job description
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Support
  • Assist Account Managers in the development of detailed project plans, including scope of work, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and other project-related documentation.
  • Conduct site assessments and gather necessary technical information for project design and planning.
  • Assist in the procurement process by preparing technical specifications for equipment and services and evaluating vendor proposals.
Project Execution and Coordination
  • Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams and subcontractors on-site.
  • Manage and lead plan approval submissions, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of feedback or regulatory comments.
  • Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Coordinate project activities between various internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, operations, safety) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, authorities).
  • Track project costs and assist in budget control.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant Singapore regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Technical Expertise and Problem Solving
  • Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to resolve project-related challenges.
  • Conduct technical reviews of designs and installations to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest energy technologies and best practices relevant to our service offerings.
Quality Assurance and Safety
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on project sites.
  • Participate in safety inspections and incident investigations as required.
  • Prepare quality control documentation and reports.
Communication and Reporting
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with Account Managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates on project status.
  • Document project-related activities, including site visits, meetings memos, photos, and technical issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of project close-out documentation.
Pre-requisites
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Ideally, 1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or coordination within the energy sector in Singapore.
  • Good understanding of energy systems and technologies, including gas, solar, boiler and cogen.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant Singapore regulations and standards is an advantage.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.

The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pickup/dropoff point at Sembawang MRT station.
