Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement overall site works.
• Identify and resolve all problems that arise on site.
• Assist Project Manager in organizing and deploying resources.
• Attend to site matters and complaints.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings and materials for approval.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and solve technical problems.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Supervise works to ensure compliance with drawings.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of work procedures.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field

Job description

• Identify and resolves all problems that arises on site.
• Assist Project Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project.
• Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.
• Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.
• To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site

Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry;
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field;
