Job summary
A construction engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a project manager to oversee construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering, along with 3-5 years of construction experience, preferably in structural steel projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. This position offers a 5.5-day work week.

- Helps manage construction projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps manage construction projects.
- Plans and prepares constructions schedules.
- Supervises and control the works activities of the on-going project.
- Coordinates with project team, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors.
- Prepares the daily accomplishment report.
- Coordinates all administrative processes related to the project, including the final project handover documentation.
- Undertaking duties and/or responsibilities as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Structural and Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 to 5 year experience in construction works ; experience in structural steel projects is an advantage.
- Profiency with Microsoft office software in Excel and Word.
- Good organizational, planning and communication skills.
- Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 day work week, 8am-525pm W-F, 8am-1200noon Sat (Alternate Saturday Off)
