A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Construction management or Architecture and at least 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
  • Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Construction management / Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years experience in construction industry
  • With Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) Certificate is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in Revit & AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Words and Office
  • Good in handling paper work and able to work under stress and fast paced environment
  • Good problem solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively
  • Good in communication skill (verbal & written) and interpersonal skill
