Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a waste-to-energy plant.
• Required certifications such as BCSS and work safety certifications.

• Supervise and manage boiler retrofit works with a manpower size of 120–150 workers.
• Oversee construction and maintenance activities within an operational waste-to-energy plant.
• Perform maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Liaise with the client and prepare daily schedules and progress reports.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations and site workforce effectively.
