HWA SHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable Construction Engineering Manager to oversee on-site civil projects. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with sub-contractors, resident engineer (RE) and person in charge (RTO), and ensure plans are executed safely and efficiently, while communicating plans and options to stakeholders and clients alike.

The role requires strong leadership to inspire a diverse team, uphold professional integrity, and demonstrate problem-solving

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction.
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Project.
